Türkiye’s global petrochemical company BAYEGAN participated in Plastpol 2026 with its manufacturing subsidiary BYCHEM

BYCHEM, the manufacturing subsidiary of BAYEGAN, took part in Plastpol 2026 for the first time, bringing its international growth vision to Central and Eastern Europe at one of the most important gatherings of the European plastics industry. Held in Poland between 19–22 May 2026, the fair brought together BYCHEM with industry professionals through its sustainable production approach, R&D-focused structure, and next-generation thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) solutions.

BYCHEM, the manufacturing subsidiary of Türkiye’s global petrochemical company BAYEGAN, came together with international industry representatives at Plastpol 2026, held in Poland between 19–22 May 2026. Recognized as one of Europe’s leading gatherings for the plastics and rubber industry, the fair provided an important platform for BYCHEM to showcase its new-generation TPU products developed with an R&D-focused approach and tailored solutions for customer-specific needs.

The BYCHEM TPU portfolio combines sustainability, performance, and process efficiency across a wide range of industries, from automotive and cable manufacturing to industrial applications.

Approximately 600 companies from 30 countries participated in Plastpol, the annual fair for the plastics and rubber processing industry. Welcoming thousands of visitors from around the world, the event marked its 30th edition this year.

Expanding Its Presence in the European Market Through New Collaborations

As BYCHEM’s first participation at the fair, Plastpol 2026 became an important meeting point for the company’s growth objectives in the European market. Throughout the event, BYCHEM met with customers, business partners, and industry professionals, while closely following the sector’s evolving needs and establishing valuable contacts for future collaborations and growth opportunities.

Next-Generation TPU Solutions Driven by R&D and Innovation

At Plastpol 2026, BYCHEM introduced customizable, high-performance TPU solutions that combine high mechanical performance, durability, flexibility, and chemical resistance, while being compatible with various production processes such as injection, extrusion, lamination, and 3D printing.

 

Developed at BYCHEM’s 3,300-square-meter R&D Center equipped with advanced polymer technologies, the solutions stood out with features such as recyclability, high mechanical strength, superior abrasion resistance, flexibility across a wide temperature range, and up to 75% bio-based content.

Through its ongoing work on increasing bio-based content, advanced UV stabilization technologies, high-durability specialty TPU systems, and environmentally friendly production approaches, BYCHEM once again emphasized its ambition to shape the future of material technologies on the international stage.
